As the Fitness Columnist at 3000 Melbourne Magazine I was asked to write an article on strength training and some of the most common questions asked on the topic.
This is one of my favorite columns I have produced for the magazine as it is a topic I feel passionate about.
As a Body Pump instructor I often get new comers concerned about "bulking up" if they don't stick to a strictly cardio fitness regime.
