Winter Motivation Tips

Is the strong winter chill preventing you from getting your daily exercise dose?

Or is winter just a really good excuse to stay in bed???

Don't let the cooler months derail your exercise routine.....do this and you will have to work three times harder to catch up once the warmer months start reappearing...
